When a mysterious cosmic anomaly reanimates the recently deceased with an insatiable hunger for human flesh, a frantic woman takes refuge in an abandoned Pennsylvania farmhouse. As night falls, hordes of flesh-eating ghouls surround the house—but as paranoia, panic, and racial tension boil over inside, the threat from within becomes just as deadly as the monsters clawing at the doors.
